Evaluation of the HEPPP

In 2016, ACIL Allen conducted an evaluation of the HEPPP (Higher Education Participation and Partnerships Program) for the Department of Education and Training. It involved a comprehensive analysis of funded project activity and documentation, consultations with universities and peak bodies, surveys of staff and students, and public submissions.

This report details findings of the evaluation and 11 recommendations. The report and its recommendations later influenced the development of the Student Equity in Higher Education Evaluation Framework (SEHEEF).
