Built on the Student Equity in Higher Education Evaluation Framework (SEHEEF), the ACSES Program Logic Model (PLM) Tool is a web-based App that will help you build a PLM – a ‘road map’ showing the shared relationships among the resources, activities, outputs, and outcomes for your activity or program.
PLMs are the core of program evaluation. They help to identify the relationships between your activities and their intended effects, and clarify the supporting or primary outcomes that a activity or program intends to deliver.
Here is a summary of what you need to do:
Add a project title and description (a situation or problem statement)
Select the primary student life cycle stage and upload logo or branding (optional)
Add resource (input), activity, output and supporting outcome cards and descriptions
You can save your logic model “File” and “Download Program” to save the file
This can be shared and Imported back into the app
PLMs can also be downloaded and printed as a Pdf
