Impact Evaluation Provider Directory
The Directory lists individuals with verified expertise in one or both of the following impact evaluation approaches:
- Quantitative Impact Evaluation (QIE): Estimates a program’s effect by comparing participant outcomes with a control group.
- Theory-Based Impact Evaluation (TBIE): Traces how a program leads to outcomes and tests its logic against other possible explanations.
The Directory is not an endorsement by ACSES. It identifies individuals who have:
- Completed training relevant to that approach.
- Have a core technical role in at least one completed impact evaluation (i.e. handling the evaluation or analysis using specialist methods)
- Authorship on at least one publicly available, peer-reviewed impact evaluation publication using methods relevant to the stream.
- Had their expertise verified by a referee
